o_o DA will let you use vectors. XP If they didn't, everyone who used Illustrator and Flash would be screwed, since those are vector programs.

Yes, you must pay for a full version of Adobe Photoshop, but you do NOT need to pay for a trial. Who in the world would make you pay for a trial? XP

XP Well, when you make vectors of anime screenshots and such, you usually DO trace over them. Though, some people do do orignal artwork/fan art via Vectors that only involve tracing drawings THEY drew themselves (like myself; I use flash and trace over drawings I drew by pencil).

^^ There are free programs, such as GIMP and GIMPshop that function like Photoshop.

Ah i don't think DA would ban Vectors really it isnt art theft depend on how the person goes about posting there vectors and stuff.

for example this person there vectors there good but not that great (also there backgrounds are lame as) also they give no cred to the original artist or any indication of the of original picture.

but my friend here he does vectors and gives cred to the original artist and picture and most the time gives links to the original picture and actually does the picture justice. (and his backgrounds are awesome!)

Seems sorta stupid that Vampirella87 has 700k PV.... Bacily she only gets the hits by doing average vectors of insanely popular animes like Bleach and Naruto... tis i dont get it, i guess people are stupid enough to believe that she probly did all that by herself... i dunno thats my opinion anyway XD
